How Long can a Gypsy stay at Camp?

She will forever be a gypsy at heart. A free spirit as those close to her would know. The world is their playground. It seems that there are certain times that they need to stay in a particular place and set up camp. But how long can a nomadic soul stay grounded?

Gypsies, like her, are not fickle minded nor are they indecisive. What other might seem as a restless soul is the spirit of someone who seeks to understand the world by experiencing it. Like an actor whose art is to breathe life to different characters as the curtain rises, she wants to master the art of co-existing with different cultures without loosing her own heart and uniqueness. They can quickly adapt to their current location and unattach themselves to prepare for the next place they would call home.

The word future is a bit foreign to these individuals because they live from day to day. Making enough to last them, at the most, to simply get to the next adventure. However she realizes she exists in a world with too much uncertainty that she needs to consider planning for a longer voyage. The thought of this brings confusion and discomfort, not to mention a lack of knowledge (or is it will) to bring it to pass. To someone who would rather feel physical pain than emotional discomfort, staying grounded is a difficult emotional battle.

She needs to make a decision soon. She can either try to juggle the job-that-pays-the-bills and the job-that-bring-adventures and exhaust herself in doing so, or she can set-up camp and concentrate and postpone adventures to a later date. These are bitter yet essential changes to accommodate planning for a better future.

To ease the discomfort a bit, she looks back at the exciting tapestry of her journey and sees how blessed her life has been. Somehow she has had her fair share of eye-opening adventures, wonderful people that makes the voyage through life worth it and a few packets of wisdom that would (or should) help her make appropriate choices.
